For the second consecutive year, Miller Industries is proud to take part in Manufacturing Day—an annual nationwide event led by the Manufacturing Institute, part of the National Association of Manufacturers. Observed on the first Friday of October, Manufacturing Day highlights the importance and future potential of careers in the manufacturing industry.

Across the country, manufacturers will open their doors to students, educators, parents, and community leaders to showcase the evolving world of modern manufacturing and to address industry-wide challenges and opportunities.

This year, Miller Industries will welcome local high school and college students, along with their families and school staff, to its Fenton, Michigan, facility for a guided tour and informative presentation. The event is designed to give attendees a comprehensive look at the many career paths available within manufacturing—from skilled trades like welding and electrical work to professional roles in engineering and operations.

Students are encouraged to bring their resumes if they are interested in exploring specialized training, internship programs, or potential apprenticeship opportunities. If you are a student that is considering a future in manufacturing, this is a valuable chance to explore the industry firsthand. Registration is open through September 15th, with space available for 50 participants.
